Telecom company StarHub (SGX:CC3) granted 410,200 shares as part of non-executive directors' fees at SG$ 1.14 apiece, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The share awards have no performance or vesting conditions but are subject to a selling moratorium.
