Clime Capital (ASX:CAM) plans to extend the maturity of its CAMG notes, set to expire on Nov. 30, subject to noteholder approval, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The proposed restructuring also includes raising the coupon rate and increasing the frequency of interest payments.
The company said it may issue additional CAMG notes if the plan is approved.
