NHPC (NSE:NHPC, BOM:533098) expects to start commissioning three 250 MW units of the 2,000 MW Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam from June, pending clearance from the National Dam Safety Authority, according to a Monday filing on the local bourse.
The remaining five units are anticipated to be completed by May 2026 in a phased manner.
