RAS Technology Holdings (ASX:RTH) said its annualised recurring revenue (ARR) has grown to AU$21.1 million, helped by AU$1.1 million contribution from its recent Hong Kong acquisition, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Its ARR at the end of the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$18.3 million, the filing said.
The company said it is positioned for continued growth for the remainder of the current financial year, into 2026, and beyond.
The company's shares were up 11% in recent Wednesday trade, reaching their highest price since January.
