** Copper miners Southern Copper SCCO.N and Freeport-McMoRan FCX.N down 1.3% and 1.5%, respectively
** Canadian miners: Teck Resources TECKb.TO dips 1.6% and First Quantum Minerals FM.TO down 1.1%
