Plato Capital (SGX:YYN) intends to undertake a voluntary delisting exercise via a selective capital reduction exercise, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Under the exercise, the company will cancel its ordinary shares held by all the shareholders.

The proposed selective capital reduction will be carried through the reduction by an amount of SG$6.4 million and canceling an aggregate of 2,091,386 shares. Such amount will be returned to shareholders on the basis of SG$3.05 for each share held by eligible shareholders.

The company does not intend to revise the exit offer price. It will seek approval from the Singapore Exchange for the proposed delisting.
