Jiang Mingyu resigned as TYK Medicines' (HKG:2410) vice president among other roles effective June 13 to devote more time to other business engagements, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Jiang will also be re-designated from an executive director to a non-executive director of the pharmaceutical company effective the same day.
