DoorDash Plans $2 Billion Private Offering of Convertible Senior Notes

DoorDash (DASH) said Tuesday that it plans to sell $2 billion of convertible senior unsecured notes due May 15, 2030, in a private offering.

The company also expects to grant the initial purchasers of the notes a 13-day option to buy up to an additional $200 million of notes.

DoorDash said it plans to use a portion of the net proceeds to fund certain convertible note hedge transactions and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
