MOSCOW, May 28 (Reuters) - The Caspian Pipeline Consortium, which supplies oil from Kazakhstan and Russia via a Black Sea terminal, said on Wednesday it shipped more than 28 million metric tons of oil from January to May 23, 1.4 million tons more than a year earlier.
