Charter Hall Group has announced that its $850 million Light Horse Logistics Hub in Eastern Creek, NSW, is now 90% leased. The hub, part of the $13 billion Charter Hall Prime Industrial Fund, has secured major tenants including Woolworths, HelloFresh, ALDI, and Bidfood. Strategically located at the intersection of the M4 and M7 motorways, the hub offers 180,000sqm of sustainable and tech-enabled logistics and warehousing facilities. This development strengthens Charter Hall's position as the largest landlord in Australia's food and beverage logistics sector. The hub aims for a 5-star Green Star Design & As-Built rating and features innovative sustainability elements, such as timber construction for office spaces to reduce carbon footprint, electric vehicle charging stations, and public art installations.
