New Stellantis CEO Has Deep Understanding of Company, Peugeot Family Says -- Market Talk

1149 GMT - The Peugeot family, which owns a 7.7% of Stellantis' equity and 11.9% of the voting rights through its investment arm, said that the company's new CEO, Antonio Filosa, would contribute to its renewal. "His deep understanding of operational realities and his close familiarity with Stellantis's industrial culture are valuable assets to guide the company toward a renewed path," the Peugeot Family Group said in a statement. It added that as the company's second-largest shareholder, it will continue to support the group's long-term development. At the same time, it said it remains committed to ensuring the implementation of a strategy that promotes sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.(dominic.chopping@wsj.com)
