Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Veriti Cybersecurity to strengthen its threat exposure and risk management capabilities.
Financial terms of the deal were not provided.
The company said the deal is expected to be completed by the end of Q2.
Check Point said it plans to integrate Veriti's technology into its Infinity Platform to support automated risk mitigation across third-party security tools.
