Fairwood's Full-Year Profit to Slide Up to 30%

Fairwood (HKG:0052) expects a decline of up to 30% in attributable profit for the year ended March 31 from HK$50.7 million a year prior, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The fast food chain attributed the lower anticipated profit mainly to outbound spending trends among residents, low consumer sentiment in Hong Kong and Mainland China, and intensified price competition.
