Nippon Accommodations Fund Secures 3 Billion Yen Loan from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking

Nippon Accommodations Fund (TYO:3226) plans to borrow 3 billion yen from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking at a fixed interest rate of 1.069%, according to a Monday filing on Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The unsecured, unguaranteed loan is scheduled to mature on May 28, 2029.

The loan will be used to refinance existing debt maturing on Wednesday.
