West China Cement Ltd. has announced a change in its board of directors, effective 27 May 2025. Mr. Fan Zhan has resigned from his role as a non-executive director. Mr. Wang Zhixin will join the board as a non-executive director. Mr. Wang, aged 44, is an experienced senior accountant with a background in financial management and corporate governance, having held several key positions at subsidiaries of Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited.
