G11 Resources (ASX:G11) started a ground-based moving loop electromagnetic survey over the Bedford and Chevron target areas within the Wilandra project in New South Wales, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company conducted a litho-structural analysis, revealing that the areas have high potential for thicker zones of volcanogenic massive sulfide copper mineralization and remobilized copper mineralization in structural traps, the filing said.
The survey is set to be completed in three weeks, according to the filing.
Shares were up 7% in midday trade Monday.
