Old Chang Kee's (SGX:5ML) profit for fiscal H2 declined 3% to SG$5.1 million from SG$5.3 million a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share fell to SG$0.0422 compared with SG$0.0436 in the comparable period.
Revenue declined 1.2% year over year to SG$50.1 million from SG$50.7 million, due to a decline in retail and non-retail sales.
The company declared an interim exempt dividend of SG$0.010 per share for 2025.
