XJ International (HKG:1765) has bought back $78.7 million of certain convertible bonds as of Monday for nearly $47.5 million
The repurchased bonds represent around 22.5% of the convertible bonds originally issued, according to the educational services company.
Following settlement of the buyback, $271.3 million of the bonds remain outstanding.
