SATS' Attributable Profit Jumps in Fiscal H2; Shares Gain 3%

SATS (SGX:S58) attributable profit to owners of the company jumped to SG$109.1 million in fiscal H2 from SG$64.1 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Earnings per share rose to SG$0.072 compared with SG$0.043 in the comparable period.

Revenue grew to SG$3.0 billion year over year from SG$2.69 billion, mainly due to continued business volume growth.

The company proposed a final dividend of SG$0.035 per share.

Shares of the company were up nearly 3% in recent trading.
