Beijing Wandong Medical Technology (SHA:600055) appointed Ma Chibing chairman, according to a Thursday filing on the Shanghai bourse.
Ma was the head of the medical business division of Midea Group (SHE:000333, HKG:0300), the company's controlling shareholder.
Ma will take over from Hu Ziqiang, who resigned due to personal reasons, the Chinese x-ray manufacturer said.
