Civeo has been awarded a three-year contract with a metallurgical coal producer to provide hospitality services in the Australian Bowen Basin.
The company said Wednesday it expects the agreement to result in revenue of A$64 million ($41.2 million) over the contract period. Services under the contract will start in June, the company said.
The contract award was included in the company's latest full-year revenue outlook, which guides for sales of $620 million to $650 million.
The company said the agreement, which includes onsite village catering, cleaning and maintenance at two villages, marks its first integrated services contract in Queensland.
The producer is currently one of Civeo's largest customers at Civeo-owned villages, the company said.
