Proto Labs (PRLB) appointed Suresh Krishna as chief executive officer, succeeding Rob Bodor.
Krishna, 56, most recently served as CEO at Northern Tool + Equipment, Proto Labs said Wednesday in a regulatory filing.
Bodor was hired as a consultant through Sunday, and that agreement may be extended for a longer period, the company said.
In a statement, the company reaffirmed Q2 non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance of $0.30 to $0.38 on revenue of $124 million to $132 million.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.35 on revenue of $128 million.
