Central Wealth Group (HKG:0139) is proposing to change its English name to Smart Fish Wealthlink Holdings Limited, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The name change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
The financial company believes the new name will better reflect the current status of its business and future development direction.
