Atlantic Union Bankshares (AUB) said Thursday that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Robert M. Gorman plans to retire by March 31, 2026.
Gorman will remain in his roles until a successor is named or his retirement date, whichever is earlier, the company said.
Gorman, who has been CFO since 2012, will serve in an advisory capacity once a successor is appointed to assist during the transition, the company added.
