This change will take effect on May 27, 2025, when trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market will begin under the new share structure. The reverse split will adjust the number of issued and outstanding shares from 1,332,083,023 to 5,328,332. The company's authorized share capital will remain the same, and fractional shares will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
