Nu Holdings (NU) shares were 3% lower in recent Wednesday premarket activity after the company said Tuesday that Chief Operating Officer Youssef Lahrech is stepping down.
The company said Lahrech will remain an advisor to Nu and serve as a permanent observer on the board's Audit and Risk Committee.
Chief Executive David Velez will absorb the functions of the COO, Nu said.
