Canadian National Railway (CNI) plans to invest 600 million Canadian dollars ($432.6 million) in Ontario in 2025 to support track maintenance and infrastructure initiatives.
The funding will go partly toward multiyear projects to improve safety and sustainability across Ontario and the broader system, CN said Wednesday in a statement.
CN also plans to spend $367.9 million in Alberta as part of the 2025 capital investment program.
