Morgan Stanley's (MS) Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners agreed to sell its stake in Seven Seas Water Group to the EQT Infrastructure VI fund, Morgan Stanley Investment Management said Thursday.
Seven Seas Water develops, owns and operates water and wastewater treatment plants in the US, the Caribbean and Latin America, according to Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
