Western Union said Chief Operations Officer Andrew Walker intends to step down, effective June 13.
The financial-services company said Thursday that Walker is resigning for personal reasons, adding that his departure isn't related to any disagreement or issue with the company.
Western Union didn't immediately name a successor or provide details about its search for a new COO.
