Marin Software (MRIN) said late Friday it received a notice from Nasdaq due to noncompliance with listing standards.
The company failed to file its quarterly Form 10-Q and the Form 10-K annual report on time, according to a statement.
The company said it has till June 16 to submit a plan to regain compliance.
