WHEATON, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Trust Senior Floating Rate Income Fund II $(FCT)$ has announced its monthly common share distribution of $0.097 per share, payable on June 16, 2025, to shareholders of record as of June 2, 2025. The distribution rate is 11.03% based on the May 19, 2025 NAV of $10.55, and 11.76% based on the closing market price of $9.90. The Fund's primary objective is to provide a high level of current income, primarily through investments in senior secured floating-rate corporate loans.
