Medtronic (MDT) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $1.62 per diluted share, up from $1.46 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.58.
Net sales for the quarter ended April 25 were $8.93 billion, up from $8.59 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $8.81 billion.
For fiscal 2026, the company expects diluted non-GAAP EPS in the range of $5.50 to $5.60. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $5.82.
Medtronic said the dividend for fiscal Q1 increased to $0.71 per share from $0.70, payable on July 11 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 27.
