Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders virtually on May 22, 2025. During the meeting, stockholders elected Dr. Roger Sawhney, Mr. Todd Thomson, and Dr. Dan Zabrowski to the Board of Directors. Additionally, the appointment of Crowe LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified. Both proposals were approved.
