Newmark Group Inc. has successfully arranged the sale of Grandview Escondido, a newly constructed multifamily property located at 1316 E Grand Avenue, Escondido, California. The 15-unit property, covering 13,421 square feet, was sold for $7,225,000, marking the second-highest price per unit ever achieved in the Escondido area. The project features high-end finishes and amenities, which include quartz countertops, hardwood LVP flooring, and fiber optic 1GB internet. The sale was facilitated by Newmark Senior Managing Director Erik Anderson and Associate Tanner Harris, who represented the seller, La Caze Development. The buyer, a local high-net-worth individual, was represented by Andy Brikho of Brik Home Loans.
