Northrop Grumman Boosts Quarterly Dividend by 12%

Northrop Grumman said it increased its quarterly dividend to $2.31 a share from $2.06 a share.

The aerospace and defense technology company said the new payout, equal to $9.24 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.9% based on Tuesday's closing price of $476.60.

It is the 22nd consecutive annual dividend increase, the Falls Church, Va., company said.

The dividend is payable on June 18 to stockholders of record as of June 2.
