HOUSTON, TX - May 23, 2025 - Sunnova Energy International Inc., a leading adaptive energy services company, has announced that it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange $(NYSE)$ for failing to comply with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual. This non-compliance is due to Sunnova's delayed filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, with the Securities and Exchange Commission $(SEC.UK)$. The company has reported that ongoing discussions and negotiations regarding its indebtedness have diverted management's attention, delaying the filing process. Sunnova has six months from the original due date, until November 19, 2025, to file the form and regain compliance. The NYSE may grant an additional six-month extension if needed but retains the right to initiate delisting proceedings if deemed necessary.
