Greenlane (GNLN) said Wednesday it has signed an agreement to distribute vape manufacturer Greentank Technologies' products in the US.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Greenlane said it will distribute Greentank's cartridges and vaporizers in the US.
Shares of Greenlane were up more than 60% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
