Yari Minerals (ASX:YAR) said Brad Marwood has notified the company of his decision to retire as chairman, effective May 22, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company said Eduardo Robaina will succeed as non-executive chairman, effective on the same date.
Robaina has held senior leadership and engineering roles across a range of projects globally and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Metropolitan University in Venezuela, the filing added.
