1435 ET - Navitas Semiconductor helping Nvidia with its next-generation 800V HVDC architecture is a major win for Navitas and validates its commitment to gallium nitride and silicon carbide power semiconductors, Deutsche Bank analysts say in a research note. Nvidia is adopting the Navitas's GaNFast gallium nitride solution and GeneSiC silicon carbide solution, which reinforces the efficacy and reliability of Navitas's offerings, the analysts say. The company's technologies are contributing to significant improvements in power density and cost-effectiveness, they say. The collaboration with Nvidia positions Navitas to capitalize on rising demand for advanced power solutions in AI data centers, the analysts say. Navitas shares more than double, to $4.96.
