Codere Online Gets Delisting Notice From Nasdaq

Codere Online Luxembourg (CDRO) said Thursday that it received a delisting notice from Nasdaq on May 16 for failing to file its Form 20-F for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.

The company said it has requested a hearing by the bourse's staff to review the delisting decision and a further stay of trading suspension through the duration of the hearing process.

The company said it is working to complete and file the 2024 Form 20-F.

In case, Nasdaq does not grant the further stay of the suspension, the company's shares will cease trading on June 6, the company said.
