Cal Redwood Acquisition Prices $200 Million IPO

Cal Redwood Acquisition said late Thursday that it has priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 apiece.

Each unit consists of one Class A share and one right to receive one tenth of a Class A share upon the consummation of an initial business combination, the company said.

Cal Redwood said that the units will start trading on Nasdaq Friday. It expects to close the offering on May 27.
