Zenith Minerals Signs Share Transfer Agreement Worth $543,000

Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) signed a share transfer agreement with Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları for the sale of its remaining 20% stake in the Kavaklitepe project in Turkey for a total consideration of $543,000, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The share transfer application has been submitted to the General Directorate of Petroleum and Mining Affairs for approval, and completion of the transaction is expected in the June quarter, the filing said.

Zenith Minerals shares rose more than 2% in afternoon trade Friday.
