Tuniu (TOUR) said Friday it is not in compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.
The Chinese online leisure travel company said it has until Nov. 17 to regain compliance by demonstrating that the closing bid price of its American depositary shares is at least $1 each for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.
Tuniu said it will take "all reasonable measures" to regain compliance.
