Sunnova Energy International (NOVA) said late Friday it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange for noncompliance with listing requirements.
The company failed to file its quarterly Form 10-Q report on time for the March-ended quarter, according to a statement.
Sunnova Energy has until November 19 to file the report and regain compliance, the company said.
