Booz Allen Hamilton Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Issues Fiscal 2026 Guidance

Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Friday of $1.61 per diluted share, up from $1.33 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.61.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $2.97 billion, compared with $2.77 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.03 billion.

For fiscal 2026, the company said it expects adjusted diluted EPS in the range of $6.20 to $6.55. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.88.

Revenue for the fiscal year is expected to be between $12 billion to $12.50 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $12.82 billion.

Shares of Booz Allen were down 11% in recent Friday premarket activity.
