iCoreConnect Inc. has announced that it received a delisting determination from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel due to its failure to file the necessary regulatory documents. The company did not file its Form 10-K for the year ending December 31, 2024, and its Form 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, in a timely manner. As a result, trading of the company's common stock on the Nasdaq will be suspended starting May 22, 2025. Nasdaq will proceed with the delisting by filing a Form 25 Notification of Delisting with the SEC following the expiration of any applicable appeal and review periods. iCoreConnect Inc. may appeal the decision within 15 days, although such an appeal would not prevent the suspension of its securities trading on Nasdaq. The company anticipates that its common stock will instead be quoted on the OTC Market.
