This portfolio, covering 83,769 gross square feet and featuring 155 parking spaces, was 82 percent occupied at the time of sale. The buyer, 89 Shrewsbury Street LLC, is a partnership between Barry Lundgren of Lundgren Automotive Group and Dave Fontaine Jr. of Fontaine Bros. The acquisition marks a significant investment in Worcester's thriving real estate market.
