CGN New Energy Holdings Co. Ltd. announced changes to its Nomination Committee effective May 22, 2025. Ms. Mu Wenjun, a non-executive Director, and Mr. Leung Chi Ching Frederick, an independent non-executive Director, have been appointed as new members of the committee. Their other positions on the Board remain unchanged.
