Marti Technologies said Cenk Özeker has been appointed as the company's new chief financial officer.
The mobility app company said Monday that Özeker will succeed interim CFO, Deniz Terlemez, the company's finance director who was named to the interim position in November 2024.
Özeker joins Marti from Newport Shipping UK, where he served as managing director from 2021 to 2024. Before that, Özeker was managing director of Icron Software in Amsterdam, and also held finance and operations leadership positions at Pepsi, Beymen, and Unilever, among other companies, Marti said.
Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders and a fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters.
