Landmark Cars (BOM:543714, NSE:LANDMARK) received in-principle approval from Kia India to acquire an existing workshop in Hyderabad, India, according to a Saturday filing on the local bourse.
The facility will operate under Landmark Premium Cars Pvt Ltd.
The company, which previously acquired the showroom business of the same dealer, said the addition of the workshop will support after-sales growth and improve service access for Kia customers in the region.
